Versa 3 keeps vibrating when I already answer a call

When my phone rings, so does my versa 3. When I answer my phone WITH my phone (iPhone) the Versa3 continues to ring several seconds afterwards. If I press the red hang up button on the Fitbit to try and stop it, it disconnects my call. I want to remove the phone answering feature from my versa3

Hi there, @samrale! Welcome to the forums. Here are the instructions to turn off phone notifications:

  • Open the Fitbit app on your iPhone.
  • Tap Account (it may be your photo). On my iPhone 13, it’s at the top, left corner.
  • Tap Versa 3.
  • Turn off Calls so it no longer shows green.
  • Tap Versa 3 at the top left to go back. Tap Today to get back to the Home Screen.  

That should do it. Please let us know.
