Versa 3 keeps vibrating when it's in sleep mode

My Versa 3 keeps vibrating when set to sleep mode. I have no notifications turned on so this isn’t affecting it and it isn’t an alarm as it buzzes just the once, it sometimes illuminates the screen too. How can I stop it doing this please as it keeps waking me up.

Hi @Rachel691  -  try changing clock face and see if the problem goes away.

Hi there, @Rachel691. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, as @Guy_ has suggested, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If none of the above works, may I know if there's something popping up on the screen when it vibrates?

Hope this helps.

Hi @MarreFitbit I’ve tried both resetting my Fitbit and changing the clock face, unfortunately neither has helped. It seems to be one off buzzing because the screen is illuminating and sometimes is opening Alexa, nothing else is popping up.

@Rachel691 Thanks for following the tips and recommendations we provided.

It might also be the alarms you might have set on Alexa app. To turn it off, please open the Alexa app on your watch and tap the alerts icon in the top right, and swipe left or right to navigate between alarms, reminders, and timers. Tap an alarm to turn it off.

Note that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app or Timer app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your help @MarreFitbit @but I don’t think it’s that. I’ve changed the quick access button to my alarms and it’s still turning that on by itself and just buzzes once as the screen turns on. It’s also reset itself twice today and has now done a factory reset without me instigating it. It’s brand new, I’ve only had it a week.
