Versa 3 losing battery and not tracking data

In the past few days my Versa 3 has started randomly losing battery. Normally I can wear the watch for 3 days and do several hours of exercise before needing to recharge but now won’t last more than a few hours. Today it stopped tracking heart rate and steps. 
have tried the reset option but hasn’t fixed any of the issues. 
see similar issues on the forum but for different watch types.

Any ideas to fix?

My versa 3 is doing the same , no heart rate or sleep tracking , battery went from 80% - 9 overnight 🤷‍:female_sign:have reset , recharged ?

I got in touch with Fitbit , they restored my watch to factory settings , I’ve reset , nothing 🤦‍:female_sign:

They offered to replace or refund.

Oh no! 
last night mine totally died. Had it on charge for an hour or two and the watch was dangerously hot to touch. 
will see what they come back with 🤷‍:female_sign:
