Versa 3 microphone stopped working

I have used it in the past, until recently the microphone stopped working. I have tried all the suggestions from this forum that I could see. Reset the fitbit to factory settings, turned off/ on Bluetooth, restarted phone. I have a Galaxy S21, all apps up to date, removed and reinstalled the Fitbit app, I can see the Bluetooth connection, however when I try and use the microphone it says an error has occurred and doesn't hear anything. Even Google assistant and Amazon Alexa are lost.

Hi @Zyrane00 - curiously, have you tried turning off the microphone in the watch Settings, Vibration & audio menu.

 

Then long press the button to bring up Google Assistant or voice assistant and see how it responds.

 

It should ask you to turn on the microphone?

 

Click enable and got it and try using it.
