Everything was fine till mid October, then I stopped getting data. I suspected I hadn't started the watch a couple of times so wasn't bothered but then I definitely started the watch but still no data. I find that restarting my phone (android) and the watch will force a sync, but the distance and map data doesn't always correlate. I think there was a system upgrade around that time. Is there a way to role back the update?

HI @trappist99 - it is definitely showing the symptoms that come with the new Fitbit App and they won't let you revert back to the working one. See more in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the iOS or Android app forums where you will see more fully the issues.
