Versa 3 not changing

I got my new Versa 3 last week. It’s time to charge it. I had it on the charger all night, but it didn’t charge. My charger only has three prongs. Are there supposed to be four?

Yes, there should be 4 prongs on the charger.

Hi @PaigeEllen11 - this is a common fault with the charge cable, as it is under warranty ask for a new cable, via the Fitbit app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support or buy one online.
