My versa 3 has stopped connecting to my phone. Continuously says " an app is needed to use this device". I have done everything.. force stop, uninstall, turned phone and watch off and back on, reconnect, logged out, deleted watch and added as new device.... still does not connect to versa 3... versa 3 controls is able to connect no problem. I know the lifetime of watches is roughly 3-4 yrs, so is it a compatability issue?? I've has the same phone for about the same time. Please help
