My Versa 3 stopped tracking Sleep, temperature a SPO2 properly, it also sometimes uses up all power within hours.It also tracks crazy floors, but I know from customer service that this is an issue across the board that they are trying to fix. I have tried to Restart/shut down both through button and also via Settings, I have installed/resinstalled app, I have checked all settings . Talked to customer service and was shocked to know that other than doing all "tricks"to try to fix issues, there is nothing else to be done , nor a place to send the watch to be worked on. Spent over 30 mins with an rep trying to make me do all the individual steps of each issues separately , as if it makes sense that everything stops working properly at the same time and it is just a coincidence. Anyone has any suggestions? Many thanks
