Only getting notifications when phone rings and on messenger for over 2 weeks now. Chatted online to Fitbit about 4 times now. Tried everything suggested each time but still not working. Was told twice my problem would be escalated and someone would email me but not heard from anyone! It’s not in sleep mode!

Hi this happened to me you have receive either a message from each app so get someone to message from what’s app, messenger etc and then click on the Versa in the Fitbit setting - notifications you will see them appears as your reply’s happen (pull down to refresh if not)

Thanks for advice but they don’t even appear on there. Had people send multiply messages from different apps, refreshed but nothing.!

Still not getting notifications on versa 3. Been almost a month now! No email from customer support as they said they would. Phone up to date. Fitbit up to date. Literally tried everything!!
