Versa 3 not sending correct number of steps (way under) per day to Noom or Insurance

I have given Noom and my insurance company permission to get my daily step totals from my Fitbit account. Both are getting a very low count which is incorrect, and this started on the same day.

I have a Fitbit Versa 3, and a Samsung Note 8 phone.
