Versa 3 not syncing my SpO2 data to the Fitbit app

For the last two days my Sp02 tracker has not been logging data on the app on my phone. I see the daily data on my Versa 3 each day, but the info is not being properly stored on my phone app. It is now Tuesday and Sunday is the last day I have accurately logged data on the phone app. Can someone please provide a fix?

Hi there, @DKDJ1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your SpO2 data.

Have you already synced your Versa 3 to your Fitbit app? Please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hi. I have had the device for a month now and received accurate readings.
As I said, the issue has only appeared in the last couple of days. I have
made no changes to anything that would interfere with an accurate reading,
the data has just not been collected. Please advise how to correct this
problem if possible. Thank you.

Best Regards,
