Versa 3 not syncing.

My Versa 3 is not syncing. I checked the Bluetooth and it's connected. Other devices are fine. What should I do?

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend that you follow the steps outlined in this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If you're still having issues, I recommend that you try the following:

1. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Next to the name of your Fitbit device, you will find a settings icon. Tap on it.
3. Select the "Forget Device" option.
4. A pop-up will appear asking you to pair the device again. Tap "Allow".

Did you ever get it to work. Im having the same issue. I have called apple and fitbit tech team and no one can help me. I've tried now with 2 different Versa 3's and it's just not connecting.
