Yesterday I noticed distance was not measured on my versa 3. The day before yesterday everything was still fine. I just found out step length is empty, but I track this automatically and don’t want to fill in a number manually. Length for running is filled with a number.
I already did a soft reset of my fitbit, reinstalled the app, but still no distance is measured and step length remains empty. What can I do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jamesvdne.
Thanks for letting me know about the steps tracking situation on your Versa 3.
I recommend you to check this article, specifically the part 'What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?', I'm positive it will help you improve this situation. Let me know how it goes, please.

Thanks for your reply. I read the article, but could not find anything I didn’t already do. I filled in an estimated number for step length walking. As soon as I change step length to automatically, the length for walking turns to -, but for running the number stays.
I checked with my wifes’ fitbit app, but her numbers both remain filled when chaning from/to automatically.
Number of steps is also tracked; it’s just the distance that suddenly doesn’t work anymore.
