I notice there is a ticket still open with our support team and it's already being reviewed by them. I'll suggest to hold a little until they reply to you. They will follow up as soon as possible to provide you with a suitable resolution.

@Kazr66 Hi. Is it under warranty? Not much they can do if it's not working, other than replace it under warranty or offer a discount. I got some phone glue from Amazon and glued my Versa 2's face back on, but it was still working with the face loose.
