Versa 3 not working

I haven't used my versa for a few months. Got it out today and it won't work, Won't charge, won't reset. Help!

Hi @Kay19871111 - if yourr watch was working when you previously stopped using it your watch battery will have gone into a deep sleep and needs to be woken.

Try placing on charge a few times by plugging the cable into the USB port for 2 hours, removing for 5 minutes press the button a few seconds and repeat multiple times.
