I got a replacement band for my Fitbit Versa 3 on 27.02.23. However, the replacement wristband was detaching by itself. I spoke with the customer service team and they sent me a new pebble. I received the replacement Versa 3 pebble today, but when I removed it from the packaging, the pebble was already chipped. Furthermore, the wristband is still detaching by itself.
