Versa 3 red x data not cleared

I have a versa 3 it's on a x data not cleared don't have access to the original acount it was synced with and want to set it up on a new one

@Ethan1111 , A warm welcome to the Community !Thank you for your message.

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Versa3 .
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the watch. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the Versa 3 from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the watch as a new device on the new account.
