Versa 3 replacement isn't working

So I got a replacement versa 3 from fitbit. It won't turn on to sync and setup but has been charging for days. I don't know what to do? Any advice?

Hi @Row47  -  there can be several reasons why it's not charging, from a protective film on the back of the watch to a defective charge cable. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

 

Or as it's most likely a refurbished watch it could simply be faulty and you need to contact support again.
