I’ve had two previous replacements for this same problem (so third time this has happened). Fitbit currently working fine. Is this common?

This just happened to my watch that was not purchased a year ago....now they are not owning their warranty policy as to sending me a new one, because they claimed that it was purchased a year and five months ago. When in fact I now that it was purchased in September of 2023. This is something defective on their part and they are offering me a 35 % discount on a new device, when I don't want a new device I want this one fixed or replaced.

My fitbit sense 2 messed up 10 months after I purchased it. They told me it couldn't be replaced. And off me $25 off a new one. I told them it's still under warranty. They denied it
