My new Versa 3 went from a bright screen to DIM with no input from me. When I try to change it back, the touch screen does not work. Help please!

Hi there, @Pinked. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like your Versa 3 went into sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hi @Pinked - you probably accidentally got into Sleep mode - swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable Sleep [and Do not disturb and Always On] and enable wrist wake.
