My screen is only showing the time with hollow numbers and will only go to the correct screen if I shake my wrist or push the side button. It stays on all the time so drains my battery quicker. This is the 3rd time it has done this, it somehow corrects itself in a week or so but comes back and is very annoying. I have done chat and called a co you ple times but it keeps happening!

Hi @Pattylovesorang  - have to checked your Quick Settings? 

 

Swipe the watch to the right and disable Always On, sleep, do not disturb and enable wrist wake.
