Versa 3 screen is unresponsive

My Fitbit screen is completely off but the sensors and vibrations are working. When I contacted Fitbit they told me to do a number of different possible solutions. I’ve changed the watch face, restarted the device, and even tried factory reseting like they told me to. With nothing working they told me there’s nothing they can do because my warranty expired. Is there anything else I can try to do before it’s time to give up?

Hi @Chase4502 - if they got you to factory reset and the screen is not working you won't be able to set it up again, so you can't use it anymore.

Even so try charging it but make sure it doesn't get hot, and if so stop immediately.
