Hi,
Hoping you can help.
My Versa 3 screen is non-responsive to touch. I can press the side button to light up the watch, but unable to move the screen with my finger passed the clock face. I've reset the watch several times (holding down side button for 10 seconds); I've moved across to a Google account; I've recharged my watch and updated my phone apps. Nothing seems to get the touch screen working again. It records any steps etc I do, which update into the app, just I'm now unable to set an exercise mode, alarm or timer etc.
Please help - love this watch!

Thanks for your help. I’ve changed the clock face following those instructions however my screen is still unresponsive to touch. Is there anything else I can try?
