Versa 3 screen won't respond

Last week my Versa stopped responding / syncing to the Fitbit app.

I finally got it to restart but still mostly unresponsive, so I did a factory reset through the about menu.

Then for 2 full days, the screen was totally bright white, nothing would change it, touching the haptic button would make it vibrate, but the screen stayed white.

So, after reading some posts here, I sat it down for 3 full days until the battery ran completely dead (no longer had any display and the flashing lights on the back side stopped).

Then I put it on the charger for a full day.

Once I took it off the charger, I held the side button to start it up, it vibrated, then the screen flashed white for a second, then went back to black, where its been ever since.

The odd thing is that its syncing to the Fitbit app now, just zero display on the screen.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

Hi there, @S_E. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, please follow @NellyG's advice.

Hi @S_E It sounds like the screen has died. Contact Fitbit Support  . Maybe it is still covered by warranty
