Hi there, @Chinna_. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I appreciate you've taken the time to attach the image and also to verify that your Fitbit device is not in sleep mode.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello @MarreFitbit , Thanks for taking your time and giving the few steps. For versa 3 I have pressed the side button for 10seconds to restart, but the issue is same as before and changing the clock also didn't work here. Is there any way to rest the watch using mobile app.

Hi @Chinna_ - thanks for the photo with strange icon.
Unfortunately the settings app cannot be reinstalled as it is part of the watch firmware and the only way to repair it is with a button factory reset which isn't without risk.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
