Hi @Mgoksu - the haptic button on a Versa 3 is not designed to be operated by a finger nail but more to be completed covered by a fleashy part of your thumb. There is no moving button.
The best way for it to respond is to place your thumb over it and squeeze the watch between first finger and thumb so the flesh of your thumb covers the hole.

@Mgoksu - if the button doesn't work as suggested, sync the watch and then do Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.
To restart, try using the button as recommended or place on charge. Definitely avoid using a finger nail as it is the least reliable way to operate the button.
It may also be necessary to clean the watch to improve button sensitivity.
How do I clean my Fitbit device?

@Mgoksu - if it's broken and under warranty (1 to 2 years depending on country) it can be replaced.
Fortunately a Versa 3 can be operated pretty much without using the button for most operations.
You can use swipe whole face to the right to go back instead of the button but you will lose button shortcuts and have to use the long way round.

This is not my only complaint. This was the last annoying situation. I am 40 years old and I have never had an allergy until this age. Fitbit's armband gave me an allergy so I wore the 2 Euro armband I bought from Temu. It's good now 😉 And since the day I received the watch, it has not automatically synchronized with my phone. I have to log into my phone and sync it myself every time. A complete disappointment...
By the way, just because the side touch button is broken, why should I operate it in another way and ignore it?

My watch has never synchronized automatically since the day I bought it (it was a gift from my husband, by the way). and Fitbit versa 3. I have no reason to lie. Anyway, I'm tired, I'm giving up, I'll buy another brand watch. I will try to sell this second hand if I can. “to someone who accepts these problems” Thanks for your answers.
