Versa 3 side button

I have had my versa 3 for 3 years . Today the side button stopped working and screen is blank . Had 52%charge in it , won’t turn on with the charger and can’t touch side button . Last Fitbit was 3 years old . Is that all they are made to last . Any ideas on how to get it turned on

Mine too. Had it 2 years no problem. Then three weeks ago the battery was discharging quickly, every two days. Then it just shuts off completely. Won't charge and won't switch on.

It's worth checking in the Fitbit App when your watch last synced. If it hadn't synced for a while the battery level shown might have been long ago.

Turns out water got in it after my swim and it’s now useless. Been swimming with it for 3 years , like last one . They obviously only have that as a shelf life .

My Versa 3 is only a year old last month (Jan 2023) & the same thing has happened it..blank screen, side button not working & no response while charging either. Short life span it seems...very annoying 😡
