Hi @Ymbauer - did you swipe right to get to Quick Settings and check the icons allow notifications, in Sleep  or do not disturb mode it won't? If the Fitbit App loses connection you also won't get notifications/

Hi there, @Ymbauer. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the notifications on your Versa 3 has stopped working. We're here to help you with this. 

I agree with @Guy_. As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
