My versa three hasn't been able to sync since the 17th of April. I have noticed changes to the app on my phone so I guess It's something to do with that.
I was expecting to be able to update my watch but I am struggling to find that setting. I am currently on version 36.128.6.17
I have tried restarting the phone and the watch a few times with no joy.

Mine isn't syncing either. Says I need app but I have the app.

Update: it has started syncing again. It seemed to retain all the data from the unsynced days apart from the sleep data.
I definitely find syncing on my versa three very erratic
