My Versa 3 has stopped showing an Sp02 reading over the past week or so. It used to work perfectly. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi there, @DudleyDavies. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.
If you see dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the following:

Best AnswerThank you for your response.
I have always followed those instructions and up until the last week I have had readings consistently. However this has now stopped for some unknown reason.
same here, not sure if it is app's issue or sensor issue
The device is fully synced,
The device was worn correctly all night and did not move,
all other metrics like heart rate etc recorded fine,
other sleep data was recorded fine and was over 7h on each missed 2p02 recording.
The official Spo2 clockface is used always, no changes.
The device even recorded Sp02 on watch Thursday 8th but it does not update onto phone App after multiple syncs. Everything else syncs fine.
The device has full permissions for everything.
The device is fully up to-date and APP and on the latest Android version.
It remains incredibly unreliable and bugged.
