Ever since the update, the notifications aren't working. I reset my phone, reset the Bluetooth, reset the watch itself. My phone is fully updated Samsung Note 10+. It will receive calls but nothing else. It is not in do not disturb or sleep mode.

I have the same problem, no notification on my brand new Versa3…if u fixed it, pls let me know how did u do// thank u

Hi all: it would seem from the good feedback of people in the forums that those who can install the Fitbit App 3.65 version can resolve the not getting notifications problem in the previous release.
