I'm not sure what can be done hopefully something as I was doing dishes and my watch got wet and went black. This is absolutely ridiculous as it says you can swim up to 50 metres???? I always take it off to shower and have chose not to swim with it as my last one died from swimming. This is my 3rd watch and very upset. I wear it at work with bling on it and always tell people daily as I get many compliments my love for this watch. Time to start letting people know the truth and I will be posting so everywhere that I can. The offer of a percentage off is not high enough for me to still choose fitbit as my go to watch choice.

HI @Jdlayd - there may still be a few things you can do.
Don't charge it but place it in a bag of rice for some days so it dries out.
If the damage is not too severe it may still work but with some slight or major impairments.
If when you do decide to try and use it if it gets hot while charging stop immediately as that is dangerous.
