Set watch to swim mode. Watch said waterlock activated. Swam laps for 20 minutes. Watch was unresponsive. Set watch on counter to look for charging cord. 25 minutes later came back to charge it. Water had pooled underneath watch. A lot of water. Customer support was unhelpful. This is the second Watch that has broken. First watch became unresponsive after a day of deck building. Customer Support wasn't supportive.

Hi @JimRocker - unfortunately it would seem the watch got water in it. The seals on some watches are not so robust and can deteriorate over time.
It is probably not a good idea to charge it and if you do and it gets hot stop immediately.
If you are still under warranty which varies by country and can be 2 years in some, try getting a replacement.
