Versa 3 stopped working again!

I'm currently on my 3rd Versa replacement and this is getting so frustrating!  I was going for a walk and set it up to track my steps and it seemed to be fine but once I was done the screen was completely dark and wouldn't turn on. I have tried to charge it and still nothing. Can someone suggest anything for me to try?

I had a similar issue and changing the watch face from my app seem to help.

Unfortunately that didn't work because the Fitbit won't turn on.  It last synced to my phone at 1:00pm with plenty of battery life but it isn't doing anything at all. Thank you for your suggestion!

My fitbit just went  dark too.  Who do I contact?

I would suggest trying the Fitbit Support team for help.

It happened to me earlier today. I’ve charged and still black. Wonder if it’s a Fitbit glitch. 
Mine seem to last two years max and that’s frustrating

how do you do this on the app? I can’t seem to find it, I had this problem this morning and left it on charge all day but it’s still a black screen

I did the same thing and still nothing. None of mind have lasted a year yet. This last one was only a couple months. I guess I will have to contact the Fitbit Support team again for help.

Mine started working just after 11pm last night. There were several others in the post who had the same issue of black screen/no internet that I believe it was a FitBit glitch. Hope yours is working now

Hi all, there can be a problem with charging if the watch is not properly clean or often the charge cable is faulty, see steps in  How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Also a recent firmware update seems to be producing issues of not starting. If you just did an update then it might be an issue.

Mine did this when it died and now won't turn on at all. Could be a fault with the device itself according to live chat with support.
