I'm currently on my 3rd Versa replacement and this is getting so frustrating! I was going for a walk and set it up to track my steps and it seemed to be fine but once I was done the screen was completely dark and wouldn't turn on. I have tried to charge it and still nothing. Can someone suggest anything for me to try?

Best AnswerUnfortunately that didn't work because the Fitbit won't turn on. It last synced to my phone at 1:00pm with plenty of battery life but it isn't doing anything at all. Thank you for your suggestion!

Best AnswerI did the same thing and still nothing. None of mind have lasted a year yet. This last one was only a couple months. I guess I will have to contact the Fitbit Support team again for help.

Hi all, there can be a problem with charging if the watch is not properly clean or often the charge cable is faulty, see steps in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Also a recent firmware update seems to be producing issues of not starting. If you just did an update then it might be an issue.

Best AnswerMine did this when it died and now won't turn on at all. Could be a fault with the device itself according to live chat with support.
