I have been having problems with my fitbit since July 26th. At first the fitbit wasn't getting notifications but was getting phone calls and was able to take them however yesterday afternoon my fitbit was fully charged and then all of a sudden the fitbit showed the fitbit logo and then goes off. It's acting like it's turning on but can't see the time or how many steps i have taken. Every now and them I can hold down the button and it will bring up the Alexa app but it says not connected sync on the fitbit app..
Please help.
