Hi there, @Plowboy8. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I understand where your concern is coming from.

To better assist you, would you mind providing me with more details of the issue with your Versa 3? If you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press, tied to sync it and would not sync either.

Update: I thought it could be a dead battery, but when I tried to change it the watch got very hot , disconnected it didn't want to start a fire. :fire::fire::fire:

My watch just did the same thing. I’ve had it just over a year.
