Versa 3 stopped working

I have had my versa lite for 3 years and never a problem until recently. It just stopped working. Battery was charged and version was updated. How long are these devices supposed to last?

Hello @Simike

That question has been ask many times and it just depends on which article you read. The average lifespan from what I can gather through researching online is that can last around two years, perhaps even longer if treated with care. So yours being 3 years old tells me that you’ve taken really good care of it.

I have a Versa 2 and it’s turning 3 years old this month so I’m in the same boat as I suspect mine might start acting up here soon as well. I recently ordered a new Fitbit in preparation.

When you say yours stopped working, do you mean it’s completely unresponsive. If it’s not completely unresponsive have you tried restarting your Fitbit to see if that improves things?

I’m hoping that a restart will help in someway but given the fact your Fitbit is three years old it’s just might be near or at the end of its lifespan. I understand that wasn’t the answer you were hoping for but I do hope honestly is the best answer I can possibly offer.
