My versa 3 stopped registering heart rate and anaerobic exercise, it started running out of power quicker and then it overheated and hasn’t turned on since. I had done a factory reset but that didn’t fix anything. I now can’t seem to get it to turn back on - I had it for 1 1/2 years, is this normal? Is there a way to get it started again? I’m disappointed it seems to have timed out rather than there be a clear issue.

@FrancesJoy1 If it's overheating, it is probably dead and it is unsafe to attempt to charge it or use it. Please contact Fitbit Support for further assistance.
