Well, I’ve had my Versa 3 for a week and it’s been way more trouble and frustration then it’s worth. Let me list out my problems
- Spotify does not work in any way: un-installs, doesn’t link to either my device or internet
- Versa 3 always falls behind on time
- Versa 3 says it’s connected to my device and it syncs, but in reality it does not
- Versa 3 finds no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
- Versa 3 takes forever to set up, and consistently loses connections
- Versa 3 does not install anything.
I’ve tried every troubleshoot possible. I’ve done 7 factory resets, countless of and ons, restarts and what you may. I’ve even reached out to support. That didn’t help. Nothing. Is. Working. I tried setting my watch now, which is my 8th factory reset. Now it just quits on me.

Hi @RyanMcCleve - this is unusual behaviour and sounds like the watch is faulty or not compatible with the phone (if you have also restarted that).
Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
