Suddendly, Versa3 was gone, I thought it was the battery, I had the Versa charging for 1 day, the watch uploaded the batery. But, I try to start the Versa 3 and it's not possible, I can only see the symbol of the Versa3 on the watch, and it hasn't done anything else.
Please, how can I sen this watch to the technical service to fix? It's only one year old, at least the previous one was working for 2 years.

Please, could you give me some advice how I can send the watch to the technical service?

Thanks

Hi there, @AnaGonzalez. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for trying to help.

Note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold.

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hi @AnaGonzalez - common causes of the watch not starting is the battery is not charged. Even if there is battery showing in the app, make sure to check the last time it synced in the app to know if the watch is synced/working even if there is no display.

If it is syncing, double tap the screen and swipe watch left. If something appears it may only be a clock face issue, try changing it in the app.

If it is not syncing or displaying anything on the watch check the charging with the steps in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
