This morning, my exercise app wasn’t loading so I decided to manually shut down the watch. I held the left button down to turn it back in, and when it did, the logo first appeared. Then disappeared, and reappeared, etc. The logo is in a loop with constant vibrating. I’ve seen videos to hold buttons down to restart, but I don’t believe this Versa 3 watch even has button really. But I’ve tried anyways and nothing is helping. I’m waiting for the watch to battery down but it takes days (unfortunately a reason I bought this watch). I never get this thing wet and wear it about 14 hours a day cause I’m at work for 10. It’s almost two months old.
Update: I talked with Fitbit chat and they asked a lot of questions but eventually stopped responding. So no solution. This is sad. A $300 birthday present isn’t working after 5 weeks.

Hi there, @Jessica121126. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Thanks for answering and I appreciate the time you took!
Unfortunately, I followed all these steps but the watch still isn’t working. I’ve even let the battery drain out, but when I go to charge it, the same problem keeps happening with the logo appearing, turning off, and repeating constantly. Maybe I’ve sweat too much into it or something and cause water damage, idk. It was a wonderful device though! Sad it’s over so quickly. Have a great day, and again, thanks for giving a great answer to my question!

I woke up this morning after charging mine and it is doing the same thing. I have tried holding the button in til it vibrates waiting for the logo to clear and come back on and letting go and it doesn't work. I tried changing the watch face as the chat person suggested, of course that didn't work. The suggestion to delete the app etc does not work. I am going to have to send it back I literally have had it for a month. Chat was disappointing to say the least and no help at all. Tried watching Youtube videos for help they all suggest the same thing or send it in. I will be returning mine.

I just spoke to live Chat and they have deemed its defective and are now sending me a new one, so just be aware if all else fails and you are still under warranty you can get it replaced.

This did not work for me and made the phone unable to be detected. I have also now had to get a replacement. Just FYI.

@Kim-me just curious- did you update it recently? Having hesitations to do so- that's why I'm asking

Use chat and have them deem it nonfunctional and they will send you a new one if it's still under warranty. That I'd what I had to do. Good luck!

I am Melanie 5G6JGF, and my Versa 3 does the same thing. Remains on the Fitbit icon, does the bumping vibration and does not reboot. I cannot return because it is just outside of the 30 day window so I was referred to warranty/support. It does not reboot.

I have followed exactly as recommended above (my versa 3 stuck on logo screen, have run flat and charged and tried it all) and now my phone won’t recognise my versa and it won’t connect to the app and it’s still stuck. When flat, it displays the 0% red icon but when charged again it’s on the logo screen forever and will not restart.
I’ve had my watch for 18th months and issue started with the latest update. Not happy.
