Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa 3 is stuck on the Fitbit logo screen..  when I turn it off, it comes right back up to the Fitbit logo again.

I have read through and carried out all fixes (several times) shown on the forum and nothing is working, the logo remains on screen.

I have the same problem! Since 1hour ago. Nothing works as discribed on the forum. Some help needed from Fitbit!! Gr Robert R.

Hey Robert, I ended up speaking to customer services and they sent me a replacement. But only after I had tried all the troubleshooting from the forums and the Fitbit help centre. 

Hope you get it sorted soon!!

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to advise you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
