Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi all

 

Last night I noticed my Versa 3 was on the boot logo. This morning it is still stuck on the logo.

 

Using advise from this forum I have tried to reset it by pressing the button for 30 seconds, the watch vibrates and reboots but comes right back to the logo screen where it sticks on that again.

 

Please advise on how to resolve this

Hi there, @vitarajay. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there

 

Thanks for reply, I have done this also but the phone will not see the watch at all and its still stuck on the logo.

 

I am returning it to Argos tonight anyway as its still under warranty.
