Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a Versa 3 device which button not responding and stuck on white logo(fitbit). It can get sync and it can capture wifi as well. At acc syncronization looks fine but I am not able to reach the home screen(white logo instead of home screen) or swapping at left-right-up-down.

If I do a factory reset from account watch can be paired again and setup wifi and the rest but after that white logo appears statically.

Any help?

Hi there, @0xDev. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out and the photo attached.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
