My versa 3 wasnt used for a few days ( I was laid up due to lung issues, asthma} and when I went to use my watch it is stuck on the logo and the lights underneath are not coming on. I have tried to reset by holding the button and it vibrates but goes back to the logo. I have uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit from my phone. I have tried to remove fitbit from my bluetooth. It should be fully charged as it was on my charger while I was unable to walk. my watch is only 4 months old! Please help a girl out!!!

Mine started doing that this morning. I have been wearing it every day. I've had mine for about a month. This is ridiculous it's I pay this much and start having problems this soon. I don't even see info anywhere for a factory reset. The only thing that looks obviously is deleting it from the app, but I don't see how that will help as it's clearly not syncing. Last sync was 4 hours ago.

mine has done the same thing yesterday and will not reset at all, just showing logo and no lights on the bottom! It’s only a few months old too! Lost without it.

I have followed all the suggestions on how to fix it and nothing.... so annoying! I also am lost with out.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Mine is doing exactly the same thing. It worked totally fine for the last year. All of a sudden on Saturday, it is only showing the Fitbit icon and nothing else. I’ve tried the reset, deleted the app, run the battery and and charged it from 0%. Nothing works. Just keep getting the icon.
