Hello,
My Versa 3 turns on, shows the logo, and turns off. I can't interact with anything. It's been doing this for 3 hours and has a full charge.
Please help!
I've held down the button, i've put it on the charger, and nothing seems to be working. It is 2 months old and I'm very very sad.
I've had 4 fitbits in the past, and all broke within the same timeframe. You would think, that for 300 dollars, it might not break in the first year... let along quarter.

The Versa3 updates are doing this as well as the Charge4 and Charge5...
Check the forums and see the MANY upset customers...
