Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa 3 only shows the blue logo. Won't work.

I did that but it still isn't working. The logo stays on for about 10
seconds then it buzzes and the screen goes off and it does that buzz again
and the logo comes back. It does that 6 or so times. Thanks for trying!

It doesn’t appear as if you’ve had your Fitbit Versa 3 very long at all. Looks like only 8 months. I understand it must be frustrating to have this happen. 

I would definitely suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service to see if they can help sort this out for you. Here is a link to Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I find calling them directly the easiest way to communicate with them. 

I hope they can help you get your Versa 3 sorted out again or replace it since your still under your one year warranty. I’m sorry I personally was unable to help.
