Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

It displays the Fitbit logo, vibrates and restarts constantly. I’ve tried resetting by holding down the side button but the same thing happens. It has been on charge now for 10 hours so should have a full battery

I am having the same problem. I bought my fitbit versa 3 in January. One day last month I put it on the charger. When I took it off, it was stuck on the fitbit logo. What can I do to fix this?

I’m having the same issue. Was out working in the yard today and not my vers3 is stuck on the logo. It keeps vibration and the screen comes back on. The green lights under it that read heart rate are off. Holding down the button doesn’t do anything. How do we reset it?

Mine has been stuck for the past 3 weeks. I got the same stock answer as you received and still have no solution. My best guess is that the versa 4 has been released and they want us to all upgrade but it's a big NO for me. I've this watch for a year and I have no answers.

Precies hetzelfde hier! Gisteren deed mijn sport app het niet, icoontje sprong steeds terug.Via google advies gezocht. Fitbit uitschakelen en weer aan doen. Uitschakelen ging, maar het weer opstarten…. Hij laat nu om de zoveel seconden het fitbitlogo zien en valt dan weer uit. Heb deze fitbit pas 2 maanden na problemen met de Versa2……

Just to update. I spoke to Support who weren’t able to fix the issue but are sending out a replacement device
