Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My Fitbit is less than 2 years old. I paid almost $300 for it last year and now its a expensive paper weight. The solution? Offer me 35% off the purchase of a new piece of sh*t? Insanity. I will never buy another FitBit product ever again. How funny the warranty in the UK in two years but here in the states its one. I WONDER WHY?? Junk.

Hi there, @Tay23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

Thanks for the copy and paste robot answer. I know why your company throws that measly 35% discount out there, that wasn't a question. Tell me your AI without telling me your AI.

Absolute shower of charlatans. Same thing has happened to my Versa 3. Fitbit can't seem to make a watch that actually works. I'm onto my 4th fitbit and everyone have had issues. Unf**king real and they promise you the world which never happens. Versa 3 is the very last watch i'll buy from them. Better off with a Galaxy watch or a Huawei which are top notch.
