The blue diamond logo keeps flashing on the screen and vibrating. I've tried restarting it by holding down the button on the side so many times. I've tried looking through my app to see if there's anything on there I can do. Any suggestions?

Same. Mine did this until the battery died completely. When I put it on the charger it started doing it again. I went through all the troubleshooting yesterday through the help chat and was told that they would contact me by email and have yet to hear anything back. I think this is a continuing problem and that unless we have it happen within a year, the warranty time in the United States, we are kind of screwed. I don't know for sure because I haven't been emailed yet but from other sources I've seen people just get a coupon code for a new one sadly. But as mine seem to have issues every 2 years I'm thinking I might not get a new Fitbit, even though I've been using these products for over 10 years.
I hope you get a better response than I did, I'll be following to see if there's anything I can do as well.

Same here. They tried to get it to do a factory reset, but the watch loops while holding the button. Said they would contact me via email regarding warranty status. It's over a year old so no thinking they will replace it. very strange though that the same thing is happening to versa 3's at once.

I have had exactly the same thing happen too. Tried a restart but it would only loop through the logo and vibrations.
It also went from 54% battery to flat in a couple of hours and is currently on charge. I will try again later with it but not holding out much hope.
Strange that this is happening on the same day though? 🤔🤔🤔

Same thing has happened with mine yesterday as well. I've tried every option I've come across & none have worked for more than 30 minutes before the rebooting starts again. Beyond frustrated & ready to move on to a new product.
